Room was spot on,shower amazing as was the location

The room was very clean, shower was amazing and thought the facilities were excellent apart from the coffee as we got very minimal and there wasn't much milk. Location was lovely and parking was very well located. Spacious room good value for money!

No breakfast option (could add on a breakfast hamper for a little extra) also didnt have time to get any in town as we had to be in Manchester for a special event and no where in Lymm was open at around 8am! Found the bed slightly uncomfortable and struggled to sleep, steep stairs due to it being a historical building. No child safety lock on doors, also it was so noisy due to the noise from the spread eagle which didn't stop until around 11pm which made it harder to sleep. Very hard to find as it wasn't well sign posted!

The room is beautiful, and huge - the bathroom, likewise. Unfortunately there was a power cut in the village upon arrival, but was back on by the time I’d returned from a nice pub dinner nearby. The bed is really nice and comfy, I had a wonderful night’s sleep, and the village is so cute - especially early morning along the canal.

Comfortable and excellent facilities for overnight stay.

Stayed here a few times now, it’s a beautiful room, always clean and comfortable. Halfway stopover for us, plenty of pubs and restaurants to explore

Not suitable for everyone with the stairs but we take an overnight bag for the stay and leave the rest of the luggage in the car.
