Breakfast was lovely with choices bread cereal yogurt Kettels toaster microwave and oven pans all you need to make a lovely breakfast

Nothing at all it was all good but maybe some roller blinds on windows so your not looking a tin roof outside it would just help look of window in my opinion.

Very clean and comfortable, great hosts so friendly and everything accessible and close to the city, would definitely recommend

Location was excellent but very noisy at night especially with Cars apparently racing etc.

Urine in toilet on arrival...continental Breakfast was included.. Unfortunately communal long life milk sermed to be out of life.. And butter was 2 months out of date.. One loaf of bread already had extra life as mould was well developed. Fruit well past best.. Extractor fan didn't work in bathroom and shower door access not for the fuller figure.. Towels where provided but quite small and only one set for a 3 day stay.. All in all disappointing especially for the price. Dont think ill be rushing back..

Kind staff, modern furniture, clean room, great location. Comfortable beds.

Only minor things. It's a functional room, not super big, and there is no elevator to reach the second floor.

Super friendly host and decent rooms with nice bathrooms.

Hot water barely functioned for more than 1-2 minutes during our stay and our room didn't have any windows.

Top notch cleanliness, the owner is a nice and friendly guy (we tried to meet in person a couple times without success), awesome installations and bathroom/shower... If it offered inclusive meal plans it could take off the market the best 2 hotels around (this place actually just got my best opinion/review of places to stay in Derry)

Entrance, the street/main door is not the best looking place or the safest (perfect prove that looks can be deceiving), also, since there is no meal plans I had to order food repeteadly and the delivery people couldn´t find the place due to not so many signals/indications
