William was excellent very helpfull and couldnt have been nicer... the rooms were excellent spotless and so comfortable .. looking forward to staying again

Nice new clean bathroom and central location.

NO WINDOW in the room. The listing did not state this. I would not have chosen this room had I known it was windowless. Paid full price and drew the short straw. This is in essence false advertising. Anyone booking this accommodation is gambling. NO top sheet on bed, just a duvet. Are you kidding me? And the cleanliness of the duvet cover and bottom sheet was questionable. No prior communication from proprietor regarding entry codes even though he claimed that he had. A hard pass!

Amazing location but somehow really quiet! We had a fantastic nights sleep, despite it being a busy Saturday night in bustling Derry! The bed was very comfortable, and the shower room was immaculate. Bread, milk butter, fruit, and cereal are a nice touch. 👌 If you're looking for a comfortable base, right in the middle of things, for a great price, then book here.

Some more info on nearby parking would be helpful. We parked on the street nearby, which was fine as it was sat night/ sun morning, but if you're staying during the week, you'd need to find somewhere else.
