Impeccable stay,..location, price, service, room. Gorgeous vista from the lovely lounge with a great ambiance, bar, fireplace. All employees are committed to their jobs and the property.

The small batch whiskey curating was exceptional. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful for understanding what we sampled. The food was also very good.

Dinner is served on your lap in the sitting room - there aren't any tables for dinner.

Beautiful rooms and fantastic bar area with exceptional views. Rooms immaculate and Breakfast also top notch.

It's situated on a busy road so don't expect peaceful evenings if the weather is good enough to sit outside. Bar meals are a great bonus but they are 'city highstreet' expensive for what are basic meals. Lovely and convenient but £18.50 for chilli or curry?

Only issue was bathroom lighting. Quite dark; no lighting over sink. Everything else was great.

The food was a little overpriced for what it was but I’m sure this is probably fairly standard for hotels in the area
