Всё очень понравилось. Замечательное место для спокойного отдыха или удаленной работы. Создали все необходимые для меня условия, которые я попросил перед приездом. Приятно удивили очень вкусным домашним хачапури, которые предложили бесплатно при заезде. Хозяева были очень отзывчивыми. В общем, действительно приняли от души! Благодарю!

We had a fantastic stay! The hosts were extremely hospitable, the room was spotless, and the khachapuri and wine were delicious. We’ll definitely return and recommend it to everyone!

I loved everything there The owners , the atmosphere , i felt that I'm with my family, the man give us a bottle of wine as a welcome drink, he made a cheese pie "khatchpuri" which is a traditional Georgian food Definitely I will come again and again... Big thanks 🙏

Cannot reccomend this place highly enough! Family-run guesthouse on the outskirts of Batumi. Exceptionally friendly hosts, we got free homemade wine and food. We were also picked up at the airport on arrival and driven to the train station when leaving at no extra charge. After one night the owners asked us if we wanted to change rooms as the room with sea-view had become available. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a common kitchen shared by the 4 or 5 rooms.

Nothing to complain about regarding the guesthouse itself, but be aware that there is a drive of about 20 minutes to and from the center of Batumi, which could be up to an hour depending on traffic. Also, the closest grocery store is 15-20 minutes walk away.

My experience was wonderful, as it's managed by an extremely warm and welcoming family, making you feel as though you are with your own kin. The location is serene and peaceful. The rooms are clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, always inquiring if you need anything - they are very accommodating. If you're planning to visit Batumi, I would recommend staying here without a doubt. I am certain that during my next visit to Batumi, I will be staying here again. I truly cannot find anything to dislike about my stay. Everything was up to my expectations and beyond. From the welcoming family to the attentive service, my experience was truly flawless.

The location was excellent. Perfect rooms, perfectly-eqipped kitchen. The hosts were so kind and helpful.They are very open-minded people. We had such a warming welcome. They offered us home-made wine and food. They helped us with everything: transport whenever we needed it. Made reservations for us at restaurants. Gave us excellent hints what to See and visit in Batumi. Highly recommanded guest house. Thank you for everything you did for us Archil :-)

There isn't anything to remark because it was PERFECT

Very friendly family and lovely dog. Close to beach and a few minutes to down town Batumi. (Free high quality bottle of dry red wine from owner's vineyard - beat that!) The house is at the end of the road - turn right at the Y fork.

I wanted to take the dog home but he loves his owners too much!
