Location right in town. Rooms were clean, comfortable. We spent time in the rooms with 2 Grandchildren, there was ample room for everyone to play, rest. It was just lovely.

Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and offered plenty of space.

Being on the high street, the external noise was more than I expected on a couple of nights.

"Good accommodation in the heart of town with a bit of character."

Family room was perfect for 3 of us with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. We had plenty of space and loved that the building was old with a bit of character. It’s basic but spotlessly clean with comfortable beds and toiletries supplied. Fridge was handy with tea/coffee and water supplied. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Location in the town centre and near the beach was perfect. We just hopped one stop on the train to our concert in Margate that evening.

All was great for our needs but we were on the first floor so the music in the bar downstairs could be an issue if you are there for a quiet break.
