The location was brilliant, only 200yds from the main high street and beach. breakfast was really lovely too. the bar had a good choice of drinks including a hand pulled real ale which was Batemans 5G on this occasion

All rooms are on upper levels, with no lifts. so if you have certain health conditions you may struggle with stairs. but the hosts do go out of their way to help where possible.

"BRILLIANT."

Very good value breakfast. Prices in the bar and the atmosphere were fantastic. All the staff were welcoming ,helpful and friendly. Will certainly go back.
