It was filthy

I liked absolutely nothing about the property. It was horrible honestly.

Firstly, the room (en-suite) was dirty when we went in. Only the bed was made. The bathroom was also dirty with used toiletries. None of the door handles worked and the bathroom door was constantly getting stuck and doesn’t have a lock. There was black mould in the shower. The bed was very uncomfortable to sleep in. There was dust everywhere. Let’s not even talk about the kitchen and the living room. That can’t be how humans live honestly. To top it all off, we booked the place for three nights and the landlord came and knocked on our door the next day and asked us why we haven’t gone out to explore yet and that when we do go out we should lock our door which is all fine but then my friend was sleeping when i answered the door and he kept trying to peep in. Honestly it was very creepy.

The check in is far away from the building, had to go there having all my bags with me!

Location. Staff were accommodating when contacted.

No mention of collecting keys from another location until I called owner. Toilet flush was extremely noisy and poor drainage. Mattress was very uncomfortable and extremely worn. Shower head kept together with masking tape and practically trickles water. No hot water from bathroom tap. House definitely not being maintained from a safety aspect and in serious need of updating. Didn't really want to leave items in room as none of the doors seemed secure.

The place in not maintained, it is untidy, no running hot water in taps, bath is untidy with damaged doors. Kitchen is in very poor state, smells and hard to find any pots or cutlery. Items are all over and not arranged in any order.

Location is good with parking only at one guest room location others have to walk 5mins.
