The apartment is very nice, I can especially recommend for summer stays: there is a very lovely terrace and air conditioner, the location is very good, many coffee places around.

If you order food delivery, it's a bit hard to explain for a courier where to come.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. This is a quiet place with its own courtyard and a huge window. My apartment has everything I need and there is enough space for a group of two to stay for a week.

The location of this property is excellent. It's quiet and well-equipped. The garden is a pleasant area to relax in. Recommended for those seeking a straightforward, comfortable stay.

Had such a blessed vibe in an area where the locals live. The owner made sure my stay was safe and comfortable, nice little patio to enjoy the evening or day to relax. Will return if back in Tbilisi :)

Cozy place for quiet rest. All furniture and stuff you need. Comfortable bed, sofa. You can spend all your time in beautiful garden. The host Nino is very polite and responsive I will recommend for friends this place.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful apartment located in the Vake district of Tbilisi, Georgia, and I can honestly say that it exceeded all of my expectations. The apartment is a garage that has been beautifully rebuilt into a spacious and comfortable studio, perfect for solo travelers or couples looking for a cozy retreat in the heart of the city. One of the highlights of this apartment is the panoramic window that offers breathtaking views of the garden. I spent countless hours admiring the stunning scenery. Another feature that really sets this apartment apart is the terrace with its lovely garden. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, surrounded by lush greenery and the sounds of the city. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchenette had everything I needed to prepare meals. Despite the colder weather outside, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the apartment was warm and cozy inside. The heating system worked perfectly, and I never once felt cold during my stay. Another thing worth mentioning is the excellent WiFi connection. As someone who needs to stay connected for work, I was thrilled to find that the internet was fast and reliable, making it easy for me to stay on top of my emails and stay in touch with friends and family back home. The location of the apartment is also ideal. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and cafes in the city. Plus, the host was incredibly accommodating and always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I would give this apartment a rating of 10 out of 10. This place has a unique vibe, and I can't wait to return for another visit soon!

Beautiful place! Very quiet green area, there are many shops and cafes around. Terrace is a big love. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and attentive, she met me and showed me everything, she was always in touch and ready to help. Thanks Nino!

Host was very kind to meet me at 5AM to meet me and get to property Inside there was pretty much everything as expected, Hygienic shower in bathroom was a nice surprise, don't see that too often.

The door to property looks kinda like from post-apocalyptic movie, but inside everything is good, so that's not something to be bothered about :)
