"Perfect for what was needed."

Spacious Room. Plenty of outlets. Great Breakfast. Friendly Staff. Good Location.

Entry door Handle was in need of repair. It did not prevent entry or make it unsafe. It just required a little maintenance. Minor issues that are normal.

Good directions to property Clear and concise instruction for booking in which worked perfectly Our room was immediately appealing and stylish. Very well equipped with real attention to detail, meaning we had everything we needed. (Including delicious home made granola squares) Parking very good Proximity to town centre perfect - a short walk into the centre Excellent Inclusive breakfast A carbon neutral environment

Lovely B&B very conveniently situated for Rye and the surrounding area. Room was extremely spacious and superbly equipped, and the bed large and very comfortable. The hosts are friendly, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was superb and plentiful, as good as any I've had and better than most, with some delicious home-made produce. "There's no such thing as too much, we like to feed our guests". And the whole place is run sustainably 5*

The room lacked a really comfortable chair.

The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk into Rye. Rooms recently refurbished to a high standard, excellent en-suite better than a lot of hotels !

Magnolia House is a 5 minute walk into Rye. The room was large with everything you could need, large TV, fridge, microwave and huge bed. The hosts Judith and Javed were very friendly and helpful and gave great tips as to the best pubs and restaurants locally. Javed’s cooked breakfast was exceptional and his pancakes were magnificent. The room was serviced daily, and Leanne was friendly and helpful. There was plenty of car parking space at the property and EV charging is usually available.
