Really hospitable and friendly couple, Breakfast was amazing! Especially if your first time in Tbilisi, Vitaly absolutely help like a tourist guide. Room was very clean and meet our needs. Thank you very much for the all!

Everything was perfect, just for information hotel is a little bit out of center but bus station is very close and number 435 and 360 goes to Station Square and this station is center of the city. If you prefer the use Bolt, It also costs 5-6 GEL to Station Square

"The Best Guest House to stay close to TBS Airport, Hospitality is 20/10"

By far the best guest house if you are looking for a place to stay before going to TBS airport! This place is very good if you are doing a road trip and not planning to go back to the city/downtown anymore and just straight to the airport. But if you still have a bit of free time, you can also choose to drive to Chronicle of Georgia within just 15 mins. Then go to TBS airport by using the road next to the reservoir. No traffic + a nice way to say goodbye one last time with Georgia. Anyway, the place itself is very homey. Hosts are friendly and attentive to the guests. Breakfast is basically cooked and seasoned by chef. This place wouldn’t get 10/10 without having them hosting us. Definitely coming back for the next Georgia trip!

I love this place! They even have a bidet spray in bathroom. How could you even make a complaint for that?

It is stylish yet simple,When we had a chat with Veronika we told her how beautiful her home is and when I retire home to Philippines 🇵🇭 I will definitely have the same business 🙂 Plus the no. 1 is cleanliness….. & It was almost a perfect place with a couple host that loves dogs & cats 🙂 Pls. Book your stay whatever you see in the booking.com the rooms, house, garden, dining area is the same as it is in person!

Very warm atmosphere. Veronica and Vitali are very good hosts. Good breakfast with the most delicious homemade desert after every breakfast. Bathroom was a bit small but with a modern feel, tiled with a good shower. Heated towel rack is a plus.
