"Great location and warm welcome."

Very central to the town's amenities. Spotlessly clean and the host was very helpful and friendly. Great breakfast.

Just one small thing - the shower blew hot and cold unpredictably .

"Outstanding host in a beautiful town"

First off the host, Muriel, is a star! She's been running her bed and breakfast for 45 years and it shows. She and her husband, David, are the nicest, giving, caring, generous people you'd ever want to meet. Everyone is welcome and treated like family. They're full of advice about local activities and helpful suggestions about how to get where you need to go. Muriel offers a hot, made to order breakfast every morning. She provides cold breakfast options as well, should you want both. The home and bedrooms are immaculate. The beds and the bedding were extremely comfortable. There's a kettle with coffee and tea provided in every room. You'll find a comfortable sitting lounge for guests next to the breakfast room. Staying with Muriel was one of the highlights in Callander and we highly recommend you stay at the Southfork Villa Guesthouse.

Muriel was an excellent host, warm and welcoming! We got a lovely room upstairs (the family lives downstairs) and a wonderful hot breakfast. Great location - we could walk down the street to restaurants. Plenty of room to park our rental car.

It was close to downtown, everything was accessible. Muriel was a delight, working hard to meet our needs. It was the best sleep we’ve had on our trip so far.

Muriel was extremely welcoming and nice. There was parking available on site, everything was within walking distance. For breakfast, there were multiple choices available ranging from sausages, bacon, vegetables, eggs, beans, coffee and tea. Very calm and peaceful. Overall a really nice place to stay at.

The water pressure was really low and the temperature was difficult to precisely adapt to one's preference.
