The location is great if you want to take the bus early in the morning. The owner is very nice and there’s a lovely dog. The breakfast was also very good and tasty. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Despite being quite affordable, it really exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Irakli and his parents were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The food was fantastic, and I must say, the wine they served was absolutely beautiful—such a lovely touch! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay at an unbeatable price. Definitely a hidden gem!

The hotel is run by the family, everyone was very welcoming and supportive. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The facilities are traditional for the area, which adds a special charm. I truly enjoyed the stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay here, on our way from Tbilisi to Mestia we even stayed one additional night. Comfy beds, nice interior with many extras, nice breakfast and a big terrace where you can eat, hang out or read a book. Close to center and to the market, very calm and cosy. The hosts were very kind to us and also flexible with the check out time.
