I didn’t really like the property when we arrive but thought it’s only for one night so should be fine

The entrance wasn’t very clean stains on the floor and the room itself was very basic which would have been fine if it was clean but there was a rug in the room that wasn’t very clean stains on and there was an empty cigarette box down the side of the draws. There was mould in the shower which I didn’t notice till the morning when I tried to get a shower. The shower was cold so I have to ring the owner to ask how to work the shower. She told me she has had many plumbers out to try to fix the problem but they can’t she went on to tell me to make the shower work you first need to turn the tap on in the sink so that the boiler will kick in and start to work. Not great maybe put a note in the room explaining this. Also the view from the side window wasn’t good amusing it was overlooking the owners garden. Very untidy
