What a lovely property, super clean, I was embarrassed walking upstairs in my shoes! The room was lovely, clean spacious and nice and modern

If I had issue, which is in no way a complaint it would be the traffic noise from the main road, but it’s a city, what would you expect, close the windows issues resolved and the room had a fan so it was kept cool

Incredibly friendly staff, very welcoming and accommodating when we had a last minute cancellation on another venue.

Location and was very clean

Room is so comfortable with lovely touches like 2 litres of water in the fridge in glass bottles and tea/coffee etc. Breakfast is excellent in a lovely peaceful dining room and the owners are lovely and friendly and very helpful with great tips for where to visit in the city.

Bathroom is very small but it was very clean and enough for what we needed. It is a on a busy road 10 min walk from the historic centre but you don't notice the road when you're in the guest house

Whilst on a business trip, my stay at Abbey Court Guest House was amazing. The host was very supportive throughout my stay and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I was expecting just a bedroom, but instead I had an entire flat, which was beautifully decorated and exceptionally well presented. The breakfast was delicious, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Carlisle and would happily stay here again.
