"Comfortable, good value stay with a great breakfast"

Very good breakfast. Cosy room which was spotlessly clean. Very good location a short walk (10 mins.) from the railway station and city centre. Lots of cafes, pubs and a supermarket in the vicinity.

"Good value for what you pay, would stay again"

The Breakfast was very good quality, the host was very accomodating and friendly, there was plenty of hot water in the shower. Location is very good, 2 mins to a large supermarket, 7/8 mins walk to the railway station

Shower was quite small and had poor pressure, not a power shower. Room door locks were old Yale locks, I’d expect key cards in this day and age. There is no lift, and all the rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, very small cool box ( not a fridge )

"A great find whilst traveling for business."

A 9 minute walk from train station, this guest house was in a perfect location for me. Spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable. Hosts were friendly and helpful. Booked a time for breakfast and it was served on my arrival. I had a full English, coffee and toast and it was superb. I stayed in a small double room. Warm, comfortable with a good hot shower. Good TV with comfortable relaxing chair. No hesitation of recommending. Great value for money.
