Loved everything about it. The owners made it. And the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty!

Very friendly couple run the place. Everything was organised and they clearly really cared that you were comfortable and enjoying your stay. The views over the sea were stunning. The sauna room was amazing!

i love the breakfast. The views were amazing, and the hosts were simply amazing !!! My trip was simply the best weekend away. Some amazing places for dinner, and the hosts suggested the best places to view , visits and get great snacks and dinner, lunches and travel snack s!!!

Nothing, the accommodation was amazing, the hosts were exceptional, and the views and touristy locations were simply amazing. The little Narnia park around the corn was so cute!

I had a wonderful stay in Seaview - the property was spaciously set out in a lovely area, immaculately clean and the owners couldn’t have done enough for me while I was there - they even helped organise a lift for me to get into Newry for a friend’s birthday! Wholeheartedly recommend!

I loved the 4 nights I spent at the incredible Seaview Guesthouse in Rostrevor. Martina and Brendan could not have done more! Every moment of my stay was just sublime. In fact, they made me feel like part of the family! There is no doubt that I will return! The views of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne Mountains are simply breathtaking. This gorgeous guesthouse has been purpose-built to create the greatest comfort and to cater for every need - it far exceeds all expectations! I'll wager that this perfect place has THE BEST breakfast, THE BEST views and THE BEST hosts in the whole of Ireland!

We could not have felt more welcomed by Martine and Brendan nor more comfortable in their exceptional guest house. Thought and care was taken with all aspects of our stay from the warm welcome to the excellent breakfast to the beautiful room. Nothing seemed too much trouble It is a lovely spot, with stunning views and well situated for a visit. We will certainly be back!

Leaving so soon

This is probably the best B & B we have visited. The location is great, the views spectacular and the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean. The breakfast was superb and the porridge is on another level. To cap it all, the hosts Martina and Brendan are so helpful and friendly. They even treated our visiting grandchildren to ice pops.
