A good location being 2 minutes walk to the seafront

The room was very small. There were some noisy pets that kept me awake

Managed to get parking at rear.

Sink was blocked so I had to sort that out. TV wasn't working so had to wait for someone to come and sort out, then it went again so I had to sort it out. Cobwebs and spiders everywhere in side the flat as though never gets cleaned.

Location and ground floor parking on site

Very basic accommodation and there was a strong smell in the room! We had a young family above and we could hear a toddler running across the floor late at night and screaming early in the morning!

I liked the front garden and we where fortunate to get one of the two free carparking spaces at the back of the property I also like that the room had a clean fridge and microwave

The odour as soon as you opened the front door,where do I start the room was not clean dust everywhere ie bedside lamp shade ,canvas above bed,skirting boards and doors dirty,mould or damp on the wall above window sink in room needed new sealing all black and also shower cubicle needs new grout mould in-between tiles leaking at the bottom of shower cubicle and all dirty black mould we where suppose to stay for 3 nights we checked out after 2 and came home it ruined our stay at skegness do not recommend this place I know you get what you pay for but cleanliness is a priority and a giving

Great location, only a short walk to main part of town. Room was a decent size, and had everything we needed. Cleaning staff were friendly and helpful when we saw them.

I find this question difficult as I was generally happy with everything. The only thing that could be a bit hit and miss was parking. Fortunately we managed to get a space on the road at the front of the place, where there are no restrictions, and I was able to leave it there for the duration.
