Welcome Holiday Flats

Very little, not as we thought we booked.

Room far to small, bed very uncomfortable, unable to cook in room so spent budget eating out, hand basin so small, made it difficult to wash up mugs and fill kettle.

Location was perfect 5 minutes from arcades shops restaurants etc easy access to beach front i like it had a kitchen free WiFi bedding was nice and clean and fresh

It was very noisy doors banging late at night there was no fan it was very hot beds were very uncomfortable wasn't cleaned very well I booked for 2 adults and a child so was expecting 2 beds but had to use the sofa bed which was very uncomfortable also the bathroom was out of the apartment across the hallway there was nothing to wash your pots with and dont provide any toiletries show you can shower only enough milk tea coffee etc for 2 drinks there isn't anyone around to ask the room was a bit outdated could do with some tlc

Few things broken hair hanfing from the dust pan on the back of the door but over allnok o quess for 90 pound.

Very clean. Close to beach.

Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Very rude site manager. Unable to contact anybody for anything. I attempted to contact the site manager when we first arrived regarding an issue and didnt hear back until the final night of our stay at 9pm. He then rang me and swore and carried on with me because my 4 year old daughter had an accident (wet) the fold out 'bed'. The so called fold out bed in question was basically just a sun lounger. The bedding hadn't even been changed for our stay. I tried contacting the owner of the property regarding his site managers attitude and lack of care to be ignored by him also. Such a horrible experience.

Location is great 5 minutes from the clock tower. Place was lovely and clean. We all enjoyed our stay.

Shower wasnt very powerful but I think it was because everyone was showering at the same time. Bed was abit uncomfortable but was ok once settled.

No staff on site very noise with dog barking in other room next to us and kids jumping around the rooms up stairs bed very uncomfortable couldn't sleep with the noise will not return.
