So clean! The room was immaculate. There was a fridge and tea & coffee facilities. Shower hot. Bed comfy. Dog friendly. Location great for town centre. Check in really easy.

Difficult to park. Please bear in mind in Peak season. There is a car park on next road. Clarity on check out time. Booking.com said 9.30, property sign said 10am.

When walking in strong smell of smoke big red sigh say no smoking.

Bed I took my own bed lined just encase glad I did every thing sealed of smoke telly stand I have seen better in skips wood round outside of room door awfull no paint on it dirty cutelry and plates dirt down side of fridge I no I had a dog but my dog smelled nicer than the room but it doesn't mean we have to stay in dirty room and no toilet roll
