I was in Exeter for a couple of days recording and needed a place to stay for the night. St Anne's Rd is very close to town (approx 20 mins), easy links to transport. The room was comfortable enough - I was only in there to sleep so I can't comment any further but when I'm next down I'll use this place for its convenience and Monica is extremely welcoming and helpful.

The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The proprietor was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is continental.

We were there when there were few other guests. The breakfast room might get crowded if more guests.
