"Great little spot to rest our heads, between Newry and warrenpoint perfect both locations."

The bed is extremely comfortable, facilities were clean, fireplace is nice touch, the climate was cold but the place was nice and warm.

"Cosy/close to amenities"

Biggest plus DOG FRIENDLY We were greeted by a lovely wee dog really friendly. Location fab - hard to find needs sign Close to Newry and Warrenpoint. Tea/coffee/milk/ sugar left brilliant for making yourself a cuppa. Fruit, butter and loaf left for us for breakfast Along with the fully kitted kitchen made it easy with a toddler. Bathroom very nicely finished big shower - down side toilet wouldn't flush. Minor detail. Lovely wee fireplace with heat - made the room so cosy. Use of facilities - hot tub lovely to be able to avail of. However the walk across to it (could be in an more ideal setting) nearer to the cottage instead of the house.

The bed frame Vs mattress not ideal for a toddler but we moved pillow not a big deal. Hallway had three locked door, seemed to be a machine making some noise throughout the night/morning. Other than that very peaceful.

We had a great night from start to finish.. love the self check in Got in to find bread, butter, coffee, tea, sugar, milk.. definitely a great start As a massive animal lover.. the field beside with the 3 friendly donkeys and a path up to it was so fab!! Don't why i read reviews about the hottub being far away.. it's like 10m away and as for it being close to their house..all blinds are closed so it's fine, the hottub is huge and so clean! We ordered from a really good restaurant called vr smokehouse which we found on just eat and it was delicious!! The place was spotlessly clean and everything you could have needed was there! Definitely ignore any silly reviews.. absolutely great wee place and we'll be back Definitely

Hot tub excellent

Small room, everything on top on each orther, tiny kitchen area running into a bed and coach in wrong place to view a TV above bed. No room to move. Doors ajar in the room locked Leaking radiator
