Aaby House in London

The environment was stinking and the bed was in a very bad state. After some hours I couldn't bear it anymore. I paid for 3 nights but I couldn't stay for 2 hours there. I left and looked for another accommodation elsewhere

The bed I slept on was bad it needs immediate change . There was a broken wood in the bed . The bathroom was not nice . I had to put the mattress on the floor before I slept

Room cozy. Access to facilities including garden.

Advert states no parties but the other guests played music very loud until 4am. . I contacted the host and they sent a text to say keep it down. As you expect they didn't. I had a long drive the next day. And lacked sleep for this reason. Will not return. I feel its not managed as well as it should be. Certainly over priced for what you get.

The host was very helpful and friendly so that helped a little.

The place was dirty 1. Bedroom was extremely dirty and dusty, bedsheets not changed from the previous stay, table and bedside table were filthy and had to clean them before putting my stuff down. There were ants everywhere, but I must admit that host was kind enough to go out and get a spray which was very efficient and got rid of the problem in minutes. Much appreciated. 2. Towels were unwashed - a second one was given out but turned out to be even dirtier. Then the host kindly brought 2 from his own home that I was able to use. 3. Bathroom and kitchen were disgusting but I guess that's what happens when there are several guests in the same house?! Never again as this was not by choice, my 1st booking was a scam and had to book this as I was walking to the place!
