The Horse and Groom Guest House

The accommodation is an old pub which has been converted into rooms only. There is a communal area downstairs and kitchen stocked with a variety of food items left by the landlord and people who have previously stayed. Bread is fresh and plentiful and there are tea/coffee making facilities and supplies too. Staff are super friendly and all rooms are spotlessly clean. Close to centre of Swaffham too - excellent experience all round, thank you.

Front room was too hot, needed window open and therefore raod was noisy. A little dated

Location and price excellent. A fully fitted kitchen if required and a light self service breakfast in included in the cost washing machine and tumble dryer available

The location was central and the rooms were well equipped and comfortable. Staff were welcoming.

The shower took ages to warm up but to be expected somewhat due to being on the top floor

Great location for walking around Swaffham. The free public car park was just across the road. The room was clean and cosy and the hosts were polite and helpful.
