Hi I had to leave the hotel at 10.30 pm at night because when I got there there was no hot water or heating in the building not happy and would like a full refund please for my inconvenience

"Room 3, poorly maintained"

Nothing

The smell of mold, due to a poorly maintained shower. Black mold on the window frame. Wet carpet and rotting skirting board. Car park with old car parts and tree rubbish.
