there was no heating and the room was freezing with only a thin duvet and the shower was not very clean

Absolutely freezing bathroom door couldn’t open fully due to hitting bed had to squeeze through old litre bottle of water already in the room radiator needed bleeding very cold rooms

Great location, staff nice , free parking. Had everything you needed.

Room was freezing, had to sleep with coats on. We think the radiator needed bleeding we obviously understood it wouldn’t be the warmest as doesn’t have double glazing but we did nearly go home in the middle of the night. Also lots of cobwebs.

The location was nice, and we were made to feel welcome.

The car park was poorly lit and so was the stairs. The room was freezing on arrival and really didn't warm up at all, the room was dirty with marks all over the wall, the shower was cold and would not heat up no matter how long it ran for. There was no soap provided in the bathroom, and no where to hang any clothes other than the back of the door, there was a TV in the room but didn't work and the aerial wasn't connected I would not book this again. Quite a let down and glad we only stayed for 1 night.

Location was good, staff friendly

No tv remote at first but that got sorted, very noisy as above the pub people had no lowered voices
