Highgate Annexe

The property was beautifully presented and welcoming. It was also a great location to stay near the airport. The hosts were wonderful.

the pond outside windows of kitchen and bedroom tranquil and beautiful surrounding close to nature and the Hatfield Forrest, the bird songs during dawn and dusk was lovely generous provision of amenity Evi being very welcoming and thoughtful in offering hospitality (came out from the house next to the annex and saw us off when we were ready for check out) close to STN airport (8 mins drive) easy parking inside the annex, clear driving direction Evi recommended Lion and Lamb for dinning at Little Canfield, which was superb in food quality and the landscape outside the window was relaxing….

would be even better if the bathroom can be brighter in lighting

property welcoming, exceptionally clean, spacious and with everything we needed on arrival. The kitchen contained breakfast and drinks items plus excellent coffee. Evie welcomed us on arrival giving a personal touch to our brief stay. I’m sure this would be an excellent holiday stay as a base.

An exceptional stay! Such a beautiful location, and the host went over and above to look after us with great communication throughout. I’d recommend it for an airport overnight as it’s so close to Stansted, but really that’s a waste as there are some lovely pubs and walks in the area so I’d come for longer next time. We brought our baby and the host helped us with a cot etc. The annexe has such lovely attention to detail with the decor, the kitchen is amazing, and the beds are incredibly comfy, thank you!

It is a little tricky to find, however the host did provide very thorough written directions ahead of check in.
