Trevose House

A wonderful place. I love it!

Friendly reception, nice room, nothing to fault really.

Location: Location is great if you have car, not sure about public transport there since we were driving. But the house is on a hill, so having a car comes in handy unless you would like some workout. House: Nice huge house with a clean master bedroom ( your room). Bed is comfy as well. Bathroom is a good size for 2 person. Owner also provide milk, tea, coffee...etc Parking: Right in front of the house!

Booking: It was a bit confusing between the deal the owner have with Booking.com. I paid for what it showed on the website, but the owner came back to me for more plus a deposit ( the deposit is more than my one night stay). I was very confused and messaged the owner, owner said she couldn't make a profit out of it and cancelled my booking. I called Booking.com said it isn't fair, I paid for what I saw online and I would like to keep my booking ( because there isn't anymore available in the area at that time). It had been some back and forth conversations with Booking.com and owner, anyway at the end I am happy I got a confirmation email from owner that my booking is well-secured though I was hinted to cancel from my end within my free cancellation period since they are not making any profit from it. Room: The room is inside a family house so expect to hear some family noise in your room and have no control on the room temperature that we were freezing at night. We need to sleep with our jackets and all the blankets we can possibly find in the room.

The room was very nice, well stocked facilities.

Wasn’t anything didnt like.

Great accommodation, friendly and helpful hosts. Will be back.
