A wonderful place in Mestia. Madonna the owner very friendly and helpful. Great kitchen and common room. Balcony room has fantastic view. She stored some bags while I walked for 4 days to Ushguli. Only 3 rooms in total, two rooms sharing a bathroom. Clean and comfortable. 10 minutes from centre in a quiet place. Came back here for another night after the walk. Thanks Madonna!

The rooms are small but cozy. The beds were great. The common room was really nice. There are two laundry machines. You can park your car at the property, no issue. The host was really helpful and kind. Would recommend for people who want to be close to the hike trail entrances.

There is no good way to dry the clothes after washing them.

Madonna is a really kind host! Her place is cozy and warm and at a great price. Our private bathroom had its own boiler, so there was always hot water. We also liked the spacious kitchen very much and used the laundry machine to wash or clothes. There is a nice view of the mountain and the ski lift of Hatsvali. And btw all marshrutka drivers know its location and would come if you ask them ;) Recommended 11/10!

Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. Despite being very inexpensive, the rooms are spacious enough, with comfortable mattresses and clean linens, and the bathrooms are well-cleaned and have plenty of hot water. I stayed there in the cold season of mid-October, but the room was warm enough with only one small heater, so I didn't have any inconveniences. This house also has a cozy and well-equipped kitchen for the guests, where they can enjoy their favorite dishes with ingredients from the local supermarket. And, importantly, this accommodation is located in a very quiet environment, where you can have a good night's sleep and feel comfortable and relaxed in your room. Above all, I was moved by the incredible hospitality and warmth of the host family. They picked me up from the bus stop when I arrived late at night, and the host also sent the pendant, which I had accidentally left in the room after checking out. to my next accommodation, the Tbilisino Hotel. This accommodation is located in the historic center of Mestia, which has a lots of very interesting Caucasian 12th century tower buildings. It also has some hiking courses in the area that are a little steeps but offers a very pleasant trek. Yet, it is within walking distance to the town center and the town is full of tourist information, banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants and coffee houses. I highly recommend this accommodation if you stay in Mestia.

Absolutely not at all.

The kitchen was a place where you could get together with others and just talk. The beds were comfy and clean. In general we liked staying here :)

The hosts didn’t speak english, the toilet was continously flushing, which was a little bit annoying during the night. We have found several big spiders.

The house, the room, the bathroom, everything is very clean. The best guesthouse we stayed until now in Georgia. Madona the owner of the guesthouse is a lovely person. And she also storage our backpacks!!
