"Clean and tidy small hotel"

Lovely clean little hotel, room was sweet and ideal for what I needed which was a one night stopover. Had tea, coffee and biscuits which is always a bonus. Landlady lives on sight and was very helpful.

Quite a lot of stairs but was OK. Felt more like a B and B than hotel but that was probably just my lack of research.

"Very disappointing. I expected it to be at least within sight of the seafront."

There was NO breakfast although I'm convinced that I HAD booked Bed and Breakfast. The house was in a crumby little unsafe side street from which one couldn't even see the sea. What's more, the local shopkeeper actually agreed with my comments.
