We had a big room with air con which was very handy. There is a guest kitchen which was perfect for us to cook meals in. Also there's a supermarket just 50 metres away. It doesn't take long at all to walk into town, and you can leave your car in the courtyard. The host family are friendly, and even gave us a bottle of their homemade wine!

Very clean, AC works well, good water heater, you have your privacy, kitchen has most of the necessary stuff

The only thing would be that the kitchen cleanness depends on the other guests. Ours was ok.

Amazing accomodation in Batumi. we stayed five nights and wish we could stay longer. very comfortable rooms and facilities, lovely and generous hosts with great breakfast. would love to return!
