It more feels that you are at your friends house, rather than in hotel. It's very clean, beds are comfortable. The mountains view is great. There is only a 6 rooms and the host is preparing breakfast for you. All in all it's good for the price if you just want to stay for sleep. This is not a resorts in like others in Kakheti with pools, spas and restaurants, but thy will const few times more.

The road, last 50 meters, is really bad, the location is uphill (which is why the view is great), but it comes at cost. From outside house is not looking great, needs renovation. It would be helpful to have more signs on the road, on the gate etc.
