Boutique Hotel Talaveri In Telavi

Talaveri is owned and run by a lovely family. They created a real gem and an oasis with the garden and pool - in Telavi which is not too attractive as a city itself but a perfect location for trips to the wine region and all the sights around. They are genuine, interesting, cordial, very committed and never imposing people, and the mother cooks very well at very reasonable prices. The breakfast is also excellent! We felt very much at home there - if you want to experience real Georgian hospitality this is the place! And a special "Thank You" to Roma, the son - Madloba!!!

The rooms are a bit simply decorated and furbished and could do with some photos or paintings; but apart from that they are immaculate - and our attached bathroom was very modern and just superb.

Nice Hotel with a wonderfull Garden and Pool. There are 2 Terraces for shade or if it's raining. The self made food was excellent, also the self made wine. Different as in Europe, and so good 😀. They offer trips as well. Bathroom are very modern and we had a Window there. Beds are comfortable and AC possible.

A bit hard to find from the road.

We had a very nice stay at Hotel Talaveri. Clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice garden to relax 100%. The swimming pool is great! Very friendly and attentive owners. The hotel is at 15 minutes walking distance from the city center, but there is almost no need to go there. Lela prepares delicious breakfasts and great meals (which we enjoyed with incredible home-made, traditional wines).

Very friendly personnel. I felt very comfortable and was very happy with the room. Shower was very clean and modern which is very important for traveler. Lela and Avtandil were extremely friendly hosts and helped me with all the questions that I had about area of Telavi. Avtandil the host was very knowledgeable about area and knows history of Kacheti exceptionally well. Breakfast was also delicious and Lela the hostess was extremely intuitive to ask me what kind of preferences I had for morning breakfast. I would recommend everyone to stay in Talaveri while traveling in Telavi.
