Very friendly hosts that couldn't do enough for you. Located a few minutes from everything. Spotlessly clean. Lovely room. Excellent information pack.

Very clean and friendly, nice location

As other's have said before us this place is amazing. From the moment you arrive Joe showed us to our room which was fantastic, homely, clean and perfect for our stay. Any questions he pointed us in the right direction. The bathroom was spotless and the shower easy to work. The bed was so comfy and the pillows we're like fluffy clouds.A little room with a fridge, iron, and bowls plates and other stuff was a nice touch. Town centre and beach only a couple of minutes walk, loads to do in Llandudno. Definitely will be returning

Nothing everything was perfect

Loved our stay here at Arvon House. Beautiful b&b in an amazing location, so close to everything we needed, it was perfect. Joe and Adele were fab hosts, so friendly and welcoming with incredible knowledge of the area. The room we stayed in was lovely, so bright and airy with plenty of space, had everything we need, they've thought of everything and the room is done to such a high standard. We had such a perfect stay for our wedding anniversary and we're already looking at when we can come back to stay!
