"It was the best guesthouse I’ve stayed at in Llandudno"

The location was perfect it was close to all the amenities whilst still being very peaceful. The hosts Joe and Adele were the perfect hosts , very friendly and welcoming

The room was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The host were absolutely lovely and provided an abundance of information and recommendations relating to activities, outdoors, food and drink. Despite no food provided, crockery and wines glasses provided and available. The location is very central but on a quiet street. Less than 5 minute walk to a good selection of restaurants and pubs.

If grasping at straws, providing a microwave would be nice.

Lovely spacious room with comfortable furnishings and was exceptionally clean. Extra room with fridge, iron, cutlery and crockery etc was very useful. Owners very friendly, helpful, welcoming and informative about the local area. Location was just a very short walk to the town, beach, amenities and buses. Would definitely recommend and will return when in the area again.

No negatives at all was a lovely stay. Breakfast isn’t available at the premises but lots of places to eat at very nearby, so wasn’t a problem for us.
