Staff very friendly and helpful. Made our stay a pleasure and went out of their way to ensure we had somewhere to park our car when returning from days out. Rooms were clean, tidy and had all the facilities we needed

Great location Cleanliness was spot on Comfortable bed Modern bathroom Tea and coffee facilities Extra little touches Quiet hotel From the moment me and my son arrived we were greeted by Adele and joe they showed us to our room and I’d only booked 1 room for us both joe said would we like another room( free of charge) for my son so we didn’t have to share more room for us both they gave him next door to me which I thought was so kind of them to do this also they accommodated my needs by putting fans in our room I cannot fault anything about the rooms and the bathroom they were spotless ( high praise to the cleaner I’ve done the job so I know how hard it can be ) it had everything you need and some extra touches The beds were so comfy and a modern bathroom and large shower tea and coffee facilities and daily housekeeping If you want peace and quiet (other than the seagulls) I highly suggest you book the arvon house It was a short walk to the main shopping area and the pier and there are lots of eating places to choose from I would highly recommend this hotel to others

We love coming to stay here . Come every year . Brilliant clean place and they are lovely and friendly . We used to come when they did breakfast and that was brilliant. Nothingb

Nothing the place is fantastic

La camera era molto pulita e profumata, con bollitore, the, caffè e biscotti per la colazione. Il letto molto comodo, la doccia spaziosa e in generale tutte le necessità sono state soddisfatte. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile. Il posto auto nonostante non sia privato, si può trovare sulle vie vicine oppure di fronte alla struttura, soprattutto la sera quando le auto del giorno se ne vanno, e lasciano le vie molto più libere. Lo consiglio assolutamente!

Excellent location, the rooms were spacious and extremely clean, fantastic attention to detail throughout. Very comfortable bed. Plus the host - extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. Could not have asked for more! :-)

The parking could be an issue for some but we were lucky and managed to get a spot in the street very close to the property… but parking is becoming available all the time, especially lots of spaces available in the evening

We really enjoyed our stay at Arvon House. The location was excellent, with short walks for breakfast, coffee, and meals, as well as the beach / promenade and Great Orme. Also excellent hosts. We would have liked a longer stay and hope to return.
