The location is great. Quiet enough to sleep and only a 5 minute walk into the centre of whitby. Our room was ready on arrival which was a few hours earlier than the stated check in time.

Pillows on the bed are too hard.

We had quite a few cobwebs in our room and one of the windows didn’t open, other than that it was decent!
