Lobster Hall - Room Only

Excellent location

The property was in a nice location

The parking lot is small, so it’s hard to turn and find space. Unfortunately, i didn’t really enjoy my stay as I could hear everything and got woken up by the couple next door. The walls are very thin. The cleanliness of the space is ok, please make sure windows get cleaned as build up of humidity. And there was things left in the room by the previous people. There was a few dead bugs on the ceiling and floor. Bathroom and shower are good, good water pressure and warmth but no where to hang towels. Also, the heating was good! The room and bathroom were nice and warm but we had to open the window for a little as it got way too hot. Tv is small and poor visuals.

Comfortable accommodation in a fab location. Only a few minutes walk to the centre of Whitby. Great facilities with car parking. Stayed here a few times now and will return.

Although, we booked Lobster Hall, we were allocated a room in Crab Hall, the annexe to Bagdale Hall on arrival. It was fantastic! Quiet, comfortable and very clean, fabulous breakfast available in Bagdale Hall.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Price £135 one night,very small room,absolutely nothing special about it,expected more for the money and for that price Breakfast should be included,but I suppose you pay for the location.

Issues with heating. Moved rooms on first day as heating not working. Better, but later, heating was off in second room until we asked and it was switched on. Clearly some issues, which staff were aware of. The room was OK, but the walls were thin! The room was somewhat overpriced considering it was room only.
