Staff friendly and accommodated late check in and our dog. Room was nice and warm. Bed comfy

Internet was terrible and I had to work on one of the days. Towels were old and smelt damp when wet

It was very convenient for our trip to the BIC.

The bedside lights didn’t work. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room it was OK in other areas.
