Booking.comで出た金額と違う内容だった。 請求された額が異なるので、 抗議したら契約後に、ホテルのレートで請求するとメッセージを送ったと見せられた。 レートは通常より高く、契約後に後から知らせるのは違反だと思う。

Es ist sehr gut gelegen. Eine mall ist dirket um die Ecke. Es war sauber. Das Zimmer groß und die matzrtze gemütlich.

I was prevented to stay at the facility

After I booked the property, I was prevented from staying there upon arrival. The staff informed me that they had arranged another facility for me instead. Unfortunately, the alternative accommodation was in very poor condition and did not feel safe or secure. The experience was very disappointing and stressful. I had to book a different facility for my own safety and comfort because the alternative accommodation provided was poor and did not feel secure
