The room lovely, it was very clean, kitchen, bathroom + toilet.

Only thing was curtains in room were very light weight. Couldn't close them right. Should get heavy dark out ones / blinds.

Well equipped. Comfy bed. Good television. Enough car parking on street. Close to facilities.

Shabby around the edges-shower edges mildew. Hot plate didn't work but we didn't realise until Saturday evening. Noise from other people in the building.

Very convenient location for the festival we were attending. Being able to make first was excellent.

Nothing- it was perfect, exactly what we wanted.

Quiet and private. Decent kitchen and nothing lacking. Excellent location for Albert Road (bars, shops) and seafront: I always arrive at Fratton train station and Maritime Pods is only a 10 minute simple walk away.

Location was ok as we needed a central base for planned activities - such as an early ferry to Isle of Wight was doable as the pods were a 7-minute journey to the ferry terminals

Having the toilet and bathroom outside our room was highly uncomfortable and not what we had paid for as room was advertised as having these facilities ensuite

Large bed, clean, reasonable sized shower. Good cooking facilities for a bedsit. Free on street parking outside of 4.30-6.30pm. The code to enter the room worked well and meant we could come and go separately. No worries about losing a key.

We had a hot night, so we kept the window open. The wind howled under the room door and kept waking me up until I plugged the gap with a pillow. The shower water was lovely and hot, but not a heavy flow, so it took ages to rinse soap off. Also it was a combined overhead and handheld fitting that was very difficult to turn off one without the other coming on. The mattress was just about OK for comfort but the springs were incredibly noisy every time I turned over. There was a bit of driving around to find a parking space, Friday night we parked 5 minutes away from the room. No plug for the kitchen sink. I improvised with a Thermos lid! There was no information on Booking.com about check in and how it worked. I understand not releasing a door code too far in advance, but when I hadn't heard anything at all by midday the day before we travelled, I became concerned that I may have booked a non existant room! Scams are everywhere! I phoned the landlady and received the information midafternoon that day.
