Came for a large event in Cardiff. The owners were fantastic. They gave us valuable tips about the locality and the event itself. The entrance is a code-locking door, available 24/7. Parking available on a gravel spot behind the house.

The hosts went above and beyond to assist in our stay. They were extremely helpful in supporting through a billing issue. It was a warm and homely stay.

Toilet shear was broken always move when I sat there . It made my leg skin go in the gape feel so painful . I m not happy with this . Also so heat on when we back late night . Whole night no heating. It is bad condition but cost not cheap.

The reason for our stay was that our son was running the Swansea 10K on the Sunday. The location was excellent as my son was staying with his friends about 100 metres up the road and we drove up to Swansea on the Sunday. Greeted by Chris when we arrived who showed us around and to our accommodation. She showed us the access key codes to the doors we needed to access and ensured we could get into our room. Excellent kitchen facilities to enable self catering i.e. plenty of cutlery, crockery and glasses. Adequate toiletries and towels for our length of stay. We also attended the Nelson restaurant on the Saturday night which was excellent.

We stayed in room 1 and the only one slight criticism was the curtain did not reach the window sill so daylight woke us up quite early. Would suggest taking an eye mask if you are a light sleeper. Also, we stayed in a double room which was upstairs. This was accessed via some quite steep concrete steps outside, so if you have mobility problems would suggest booking a twin room which we understand are located downstairs.

It almost sounds too good to be true, but it really is true! Highly recommended. The owners are absolutely lovely, and trying to make your stay as nice as possible. The room was clean, the beds are super comfortable and the shower is excellent.

The property was clean, comfortable and all amenities were provided. The room included a fridge, kettle and microwave which were very useful for me during my stay. The location of the property was ideal for me, almost in the heart of Nelson.

There was nothing that would deter me from booking this property again.
