Lawriestone Guest House

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely accommodation, which offers stunning views of the lake and the hills. The hosts were incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel truly welcome. The breakfast was varied and delicious, perfect fuel for starting a day of hiking. The room was cozy and thoughtfully equipped, with attention to even the smallest practical details. Each day, the hosts provided helpful tips that allowed us to make the most of our planned activities, like where to start our hikes or what to see along the way.

The location is a bit further from the city center (about 15-20 min by foot) but instead you get beautiful view of the lake and mountains right from your room (if you choose the one with sea view). The house looks gorgeous from the outside and although it is right next to a busy street where quite a lot cars go through, at night the traffic is a lot smaller so we slept just fine. We had huge beds (so we both slept amazingly) and our bathroom had a bath as well as a shower which was amazing after a long day in the mountains. The host was very accommodating when we asked for earlier bag drop and gave us many tips and insides into the local places. The breakfast was amazing as well, we had a lot to choose from and the landlady who made our breakfast was very sweet as well. And although we could look out the window on the beautiful mountains the room was also equipped with blackout blinds so that we could sleep peacefully.

The only small thing was that all the electric plugs were very close to the floor, so when I plugged in my adapter the cables could not be put in as well. We solved this by finding an extension cord in one of the drawers where we could plug in everything we needed. There was also no electric plug in the bathroom, again not really a big problem.

Emplacement au top 👍🏼 Accueil chaleureux et maison super propre ! Un énorme + pour la jolie blonde qui vous accueille au petit déjeuner, en musique (sans trop) : elle est pleine de bonne humeur. Commencer une journée comme ça, j’en voudrais tous les matins ! Et le petit-déjeuner est génial !!!! Merciiii pour le surclassement
