"Absolutely lovely hotel only let down by the quality of the bed in the Ardbeg room."

Breakfast was superb, freshly cooked and well presented. Rooms were clean and well decorated. Location was really convenient for the ferry terminal at Kennacraig, especially coming off the last boat after a long day.

Beds weren't the greatest, squeaky and lumpy so not the best nights sleep, coupled with road noise, (which is beyond the control of the fabulous owners, even with the heaviest double glazed windows ever) rooms to the back of the property would probably be more sought after. Be aware that they don't offer evening meals so may catch a few by surprise.

"Great place to stay."

Warm quiet room. Nice buffet breakfast. Near Kennacraig Ferry terminal. Friendly host. Third time I've stayed and would stay again.

No WiFi in bedroom. However free wifi is available in common areas. Not a problem for me.
