The Barn Guest House and Tearoom

Great hosts. Attentive great humour absolutely superb breakfast. Put next door serves fantastic food. Museum next door is brilliant. Easy access to Pickering etc.

Nothing to dislike.

Full of charm, central in the village. The hosts were full of useful information, from the pre-arrival email, to printing a map to give me a great walk to do from the door. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of choice and my room and bed were very comfortable and the WiFi worked well. Would highly recommend.

Lovely room, Carol was really welcoming and breakfast was top notch! Heating was on in the room which was needed given we'd been at Go Ape in the rain! Bathroom was bigger than mine at home, room was spotless and well decorated. Very pleased

As a solo traveller,and cyclist,looking for a place to stay,so that i could visit the area,more than just a single visit,i found,The Barn&Tearoom,just,what i was searching for.My single room,was clean,and the bed,very comfortable.Breakfast choice,was good,and the cooked,Full English,wow,delicious,ample,set me up,for a long day cycling.Caroline and Gareth,brilliant,hosts,thanks both,and be visiting again,2025.

All in all outstanding , the hosts were very nice people and would highly recommend.

Everything,our hosts made us really welcome on arrival and nothing was too much trouble to them,good off road parking too!!
