Guest House Nino

Room was average because I paid average price. Most important thing is character of room owner. There are very calm and good person so they disserve full Star.

Room didn't have AC

Very nice accommodation, for a low price. The sea is not far and you can also walk to the center of Batumi with a beautiful walk. There is a shop in the street, there are bakeries nearby. Accommodation is clean, comfortable. The restrooms were always cleaned. The hostess is very nice.

The guesthouse was really well cared for by Nino, everything was very clean. The shared bathroom and kitchen were kept clean and were really useful. The location was good for the price and you could walk to everything you need: restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, tourist attractions.

The room was fan only, which could be tough at certain times of year.

Three beds in the room were an interesting offer for that price, AC was also present. Towels given. Host is a hospitable lady. Peace from the outside, no sounds of the road. Small and useful kitchen on the floor. Strings for hanging the clothes 👍🏻.

The swirled staircase into the accommodation can be a problem at night since you can't see it properly while going up. The one bathroom shared inbetween of 4 rooms can be an issue if the place is packed. Apart from that I am satisfied.

Quiet place in the courtyard of noisy streets.

Traveled two pensioners with sore legs. The room was on the third floor with a narrow spiral staircase! Very hard to climb. No other option was offered, they said "healthy" for people with sore legs.
