We've this place a few times when leaving from or arriving to the Batumi airport. It's absolutely perfect for our needs - the owner is very kind, it's calm, and away from downtown, and the airport is less than a 5 minute drive.

"Great for a quiet vacation in a village-like area, but not too far from the city"

The property is located in a rural area near the airport, in a quiet location away from the city. It really felt like a stay in an authentic village, cottages surrounded by an orchard, with sounds of farm animals. The cottages were clean and warm inside despite cold December weather. The city center is not far and we took a taxi there and back, enjoying both urban attractions and rural atmosphere with clean air. The owner, Nunu, was amazing, very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The kitchen is shared and not private, unlike in description There were no toiletries in the bathroom.
