The location was amazing and breakfast was beautifully made. The fresh juices were the best we have ever had! The room was lovely and spacious, was lovely and clean and the snack bar/fridge in the room was a really nice touch! The bed was super comfortable and the duvet and pillows were perfect! (So much so I want to know where they are from!!) We also had a standing fan in the room that was remote controlled and had a nice range of settings, as well as being so quiet you wouldn’t even know it was on! this made my partner very happy as he likes to sleep with a fan on.

The only downside is no onsite parking, we came during the off season when you are able to park on the double yellows outside the hotel so this didn’t impact us at all but I can imagine when this is not possible it can be a little frustrating!

Breakfasts were as ordered and we'll presented. The staff we had dealings with were excellent.

Very comfortable modern room although a bit on the small size. Spotlessly clean. Great lighting for reading in bed. Fantastic breakfast with fresh fruit and a range of tasty cooked options. Staff were very friendly. We also ate here one evening - superb tapas. No parking on site but we were given helpful suggestions for local parking. This might be more problematic in high season. Good shower

Tiny cramped bathroom. It was difficult to use the wash basin.

Very nice breakfast, served fresh at the time we wanted. Also has dinner in their onsite Tapas Restaurant which was exceptionally good. Room was lovely, very comfortable and with every possible detail covered. Lovely view from Room 4 window of the river. Friendly staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There is no onsite parking, and you can't stop outside due to double yellows, but there is plenty of parking close by (payable). This is the price you pay for such a charming old town and building so was easy to deal with.

All the staff were just wonderful! The rooms were comfortable and nicely decorated, and the location was within walking distance of all the restaurants.

Staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome during the all stay and also when we dined in the restaurant. Location is idyllic in the centre of Betws-y-Coed, close to shops, pubs restaurants and main attractions.

Being bank holiday weekend the road was very busy, so just needed to be extra careful to come in and out as entrance is on the main road.
