KUTAISI-Maemani

Very nice, good-looking room, clean, with personal entrance from the tiny garden. Completely private accomodation. Cool furniture like in a good hotel. Personal bathroom. TV works. Nobody at the reception - I met the hostess only in the evening)

Quite uneasy to find the property, Small short street, dogs barking. The accomodation is in the deep of the quarter. I paid 10 GEL for the taxi although it's only in ~10 minutes walking from the square with Colchis fountain.

The location is great. In a quite area but walking distance from city center. the room was quite big with the garden view. The garden is so nice, I would spend there my morning coffee if I had more time. Bed was comfortable, even I prefer harder matrace. Host was very nice, and spoke english.

I would prefere to have some shelfs in the bathroom for my stuff. And an extra blanket.

Clean and comfortable room. Close to the city center. This is a family run accommodation, the owners are very friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors also very kind.

We got what we paid for, just as described here.

Really good place to spend the night, rooms are inexpensive and in great shape, and you get courtyard parking. We walked to the center, it's about 10 minutes.

This place does not offer breakfast, and breakfast options in town were not great early (before 9 am). We ended in Cafe Fleur which is fine. You can actually use the well equipped kitchen, but we were not prepared for self catering. So if you come prepared this shouldn't be a problem.

The hosts are really incredible people — helped a lot to make my stay comfortable. The location is quite good, as everyone is saying! Did not regret staying here. If I ever come back to Kutaisi I know where to go!
