Best guesthouse in Kutaisi Sweetest family ever! This is my 4th time staying with them The rooms are so spacious and clean have AC & TV Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need The place is super close to the middle of the city And there are supermarkets and bakeries just 3 minutes walking from the place. Everytime I am in Kutaisi I will stay here Also great price

The owner is a really nice lady & was very helpful and friendly & took care from the first moment of arriving. The room and facility was neat and clean and the bed was comfortable You will have the privacy you need with a garden view.

A common issue (not related to the property or the owner) is that most of the houses around the location have dogs and keep barking at you every time you walk in on the street.
